Under rule 47 (3) of APTA Rules, permission is hereby accorded to
Dr.C.N.Gopi Natha Reddy, IPS, Director General & Inspector General of
Prisons and Correctional Services, A.P., Hyderabad, for attending the
meeting of Organizing Committee of Asia & Pacific Conference of
Correctional Administrators (APCCA 2013) on 12-03-2012 at 3.00 p.m.
under the chairpersonship of Shri. S.Suresh Kumar, Joint Secretary (CS),
Ministry of Home Affairs in Room No.109-B, North Block, New Delhi to
discuss modalities for hosting the Conference.
2. The period of absence of the above Officer, in connection with
above tour, including the journey time both ways, shall be treated as duty.
3. During his absence, the Additional Inspector General of Prisons,
A.P., Hyderabad, shall look after the current duties.
