From the DGP,AP,Hyd., Rc.No.541/E3/10, dt.3-5-2011 and 24-9-2011 ****** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Sri K.Ram Babu, PC 861, PTO (Driver) Hyderabad, has stated that he joined in the Department, on 12-6-2001, as PC 861 in the PTO(Driver), Hyderabad, and continuing there, till to-day. Further he has stated that his wife selected for DSC ( School Assistant Post), and posted at Govt. High School, Tekulapally, Khammam District, which is his native District also, and where his old age mother stays. Therefore, Sri K.Ram Babu, PC 861, PTO (Driver) Hyderabad, has requested the Government to transfer him to Khammam District, on spouse ground. 2. In the letter read above, the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, has forwarded the information in prescribed formats, and requested the Government to issue suitable orders in the matter. 3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the DGP, AP, Hyderabad, hereby transfer/repatriate Sri. K.Ram Babu, PC 861, PTO(Driver), Hyderabad to Khammam District, on spouse grounds, as per the provisions of para – 5(2)(C) of the Presidential order, in relaxation of ban on transfers, subject to condition that he shall be assigned last rank next below the last regular candidate in the new unit, duly foregoing his seniority in the present working unit. Further the individual shall not be eligible for T.T.A./D.A. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM.III) Department, vide their U.O.No.394/14/A1/DCM.III/12, dated:23-1-2012. 5. The Director General of Police, AP, Hyderabad, is requested to take further necessary action in the matter.
