O R D E R:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government had accorded sanction for payment of an
amount of Rs. 14,633/- towards interest in MVOP No.253 of 1997 filed by Elthuri
Ratnam, Warangal District. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General of
Police, A.P., Hyderabad has requested to revalidate the orders since the sanctioned
amount could not be drawn for non receipt of the budget allotment.
2. After careful examination of the proposal of the Director General of Police, A.P.,
Hyderabad, Government hereby revalidate the orders issued in the reference 1st read
above for sanction of an amount of Rs. 14,633/- towards interest in MVOP No.253 of
1997 filed by Elthuri Ratnam, Warangal District.
3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) shall be debited to the head of account
“2055 – Police – MH 109 - District Police – SH (03) District Police Force – 500/503
other expenditure (charged)”
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Home) Department, vide
their U.O.No. 2493/34/A1/Exp.Home/2012, dated: 25.2.2012.
