No. 201/CDS/2012, dated 28-02-2012 from the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh ***** ORDER:- Sri I Dawood, Joint Secretary to Government (Retd.), Home Department has submitted the medical bills for reimbursement of expenses incurred by him towards his treatment for CAD, Hypertension & Acute Coronary Syndrome during the period from 10-08-2011 to 12-08-2011 at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs. 25,770/-In the reference 2nd read above, the medical bills have been forwarded to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, for scrutiny and report. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Secretariat in his letter Lr. Rc. No. 201/CDS/2012, dated 28-02-2012, has issued admissibility certificate for an amount of Rs. 22,080/-, after scrutiny, vide reference 3rd read above . 3. Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 22,080/- (Rupees Twenty Two Thousand and Eighty Only) to Sri I Dawood, Joint Secretary to Government (Retd.), Home Department, towards reimbursement of Medical expenses incurred by him for his treatment for CAD, Hypertension & Acute Coronary Syndrome during the period from 10-08-2011 to 12-08- 2011 at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to ‘2502- Secretariat General Services – M.H. 090 – Secretariat – S.H. (08) – Home Department – 010 salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”. 5.
