Home) Department, dated 13.03.2012. # # # O R D E R : In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City has requested the Government to issue Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs. 3,75,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Seventy Five Thousands only) towards 3rd quarter under the head of Account “2055-Police, 108-State Head Quarters Police, 05- City Police Force, 270/272-Maintenance” in the Budget Estimates 2011-2012. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal and based on the BOR/LOC issued in the reference 2nd read above, hereby accord administration Sanction to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, for an amount of Rs. 3,75,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Seventy Five Thousands only) towards 3rd quarter under NON-PLAN within the Budget Estimates 2011-12. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2055-Police, 108-State Head Quarters Police, 05-City Police Force, 270- Minor Works, 272-Maintenance” under NON-PLAN from the B.E. provision 2011-2012. 4. The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, shall take necessary action, accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. Home) Department vide their U.O. No. 6334/96/A1/Expr.
