A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department – Budget Release
Order issued for Rs.3,61,78,000/- (Rupees three crores sixty one lakhs and
seventy eight thousand only) as additional funds for payment of Duty Allowance
and other allowances to the Home Guards under NON-PLAN from the
Budget Estimates 2011-12 to the Director General, A.P.State
Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad – Administrative Sanction –
Accorded –Orders- Issued.

Read the following:-

Fire Services, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter Rc. No.2735/A2/2011
dated 23-06-2011.

dated 12-03-2012.

O R D E R:
In the G.O. 2nd read above, Budget Release Order was issued for an
amount of Rs.3,61,78,000/- (Rupees three crores sixty one lakhs and seventy
eight thousand only) as additional funds for payment of Duty Allowances and
other allowances to the Home Guards under NON-PLAN from the Budget
Estimates 2011-12 to the Director General, A.P.State Disaster Response and
Fire Services, Hyderabad.
2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an
amount of Rs.3,61,78,000/- (Rupees three crores sixty one lakhs and seventy
eight thousand only) as additional funds for payment of Duty Allowances and
other allowances to the Home Guards under NON-PLAN from the Budget
Estimates 2011-12 to the Director General, A.P.State Disaster Response and
Fire Services, Hyderabad.
3. The amount sanctioned at para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “M.J.H.2070 Other Administrative Services – M.H. 108 Fire Protection
and Control –S.H. (03) District Offices – 280/282 - Payment Home
Guards”.
4. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services,
Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action, accordingly, in the matter.5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Exp. Home)
Department, vide their U.O.No.4782/57/A2/Expr.Home/2012, dated
13-03-2012.
