Read the following: 1. From the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Lr.No.B1/LWE/517/2010, dated 13.12.2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.713, Finance (Expr.Home) Department, dated 01.3.2012. $ $ $ O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to issue orders the following:- 1. To issue BRO for an amount of Rs. 12,00,00,000/- under CSS and Rs. 4,00,00,000/- under MSS in Relaxation of Treasury Control orders pending provision of funds by way of supplementary grant during the current financial year under the Heads of account as mentioned in para (11) above. 2. To accord necessary Administrative Sanction for construction/ fortification of [6] PSBs @ Rs. 200.00 lakhs each including furniture, generator sets, cots, almirahs and other requirements for the said Police Stations under CSS and [2] PSBs @Rs. 200.00 lakhs each under MSS of CSS. The total cost of the project is Rs. 1600.00 lakhs. 3. To permit the Department to purchase furniture, cots etc., in relaxation of ban orders on purchase of furniture imposed by Government in Circular Memo No. 4077-A/88/TFR/2011, dated 20-3-2011 as this is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme where funds are already released to the State Government to the extent of 80% [Rs. 12.00 crores] by Central Government. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal, and based on the LOC issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, hereby accord administrative sanction to the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs.6,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crores only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants at appropriation time during the current Financial Year 2011-12, for Construction/Strengthening of fortified Police Stations under MSS B.E 2011-12. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “4055- Capital Outlay on Police, MH 207- State Police, GH(06) – MSS of CSS, SH (05)– Construction/ Strengthening of fortified Police Stations,530/531 - Other Expenditure (To be opened).
