From the Director, Director, Andhra Pradesh Police Academy, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.268/FD-I/APPA/2011, dated 04.02.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.675 Finance (Expr. Home) Department, dated 27.02.2012. ******* ORDER: The Director, Andhra Pradesh Police Academy, Hyderabad, in the reference 1st read above, has requested the Government to issue BRO towards 3rd and 4th quarters for an amount of Rs.4.50 crores towards 3rd and 4th quarters B.E provision of 2011-12 to take-up the construction of buildings in A.P. Police academy. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, and based on the BRO/LOC issued in the reference 2nd read above, hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Director, Andhra Pradesh Police Academy, Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs.2,25,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores and Twenty Five lakhs only) towards 3rd Quarter under PLAN B.E 2011-12 to take-up the construction of buildings in A.P. Police academy. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “4055 – Capital out lay on Police, 207 – State Police, 11 – NSP – 05 - AP Police Academy – 530/531 – Other Expenditure”. 4. The Director, Andhra Pradesh Police Academy, Hyderabad, shall take action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Home) Department, vide their U.O.No.4788/80/A1/Exp.Home/12, dated 02.03.2012. 6.
