No. 622/U3/2008, dt. 3.11.2011. **** O R D E R: In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued sanctioning an amount of Rs. 21,315/- towards the payment of balance of compensation in E.P.No.47/2006 in OP No.211/1992 filed by Sri K.Balachary. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has informed that budget was not released by the Government so far and the Police Transport Organization has no funds to deposit the amount till the Government releases the amount. He has, therefore, requested to revalidate the orders since the sanctioned amount could not be drawn for insufficient funds. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter, in supersession of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.21,315/- (twenty one thousand three hundred and fifteen only) towards the balance of compensation in E.P.No.47/2006 in OP No.211/1992 filed by Sri K.Balachary. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) shall be debited to the head of account “2055 – Police - MH – 001 Direction and Administration – SH (01) Head Quarters Office – 500 other charges – 501 compensation (Charged)” and shall be initially be met by way of an advance from Contingency Fund for which orders will be issued by Finance (BG.1) Dept., separately. 4. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to draw and disburse the amount and submit necessary proposals for obtaining supplementary grant towards recoupment of advance from the contingency fund at an appropriate time during the current financial year 2011-12. 5.
