G.O.Rt.No.823, Finance (BG.V) Department, dated 09-03-2012. 3. G.O.Rt.No.916, Finance (Exp. Home & Law) Department, Dated 15-03-2012. * * * O R D E R: In the G.O. 3rd read above, Budget Release Order was issued for an amount of Rs.5,18,000/- under Non-Plan during the financial year 2011-2012 to the Director General and Inspector General of Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P., Hyderabad, by way of Re-appropriation, to clear off the pending bills of Fire Fighting Equipment. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5,18,000/- (Rupees five lakhs and eighteen thousand only) under Non-Plan during the financial year 2011-2012 to the Director General and Inspector General of Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P., Hyderabad, by way of Re-appropriation, to clear off the pending bills towards purchase of Fire Fighting Equipment. 3. The amount sanctioned in para-2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2056-Jails-M.H.101 Jails SH(04)- Jail Manufacture 520/521”. 4. The Director General & Inspector General of Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P, Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action, accordingly, in the matter. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Home) Department, vide their U.O.No.5093/62/A2/Expr.Home/2012, dated 16-03-2012.
