No. 4483-E/OP-II/A1/2012, Dated: 29-02-2012 * * * * * * * O R D E R :- Under Article 230 of A.P. Financial Code, Volume-I, the Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to Sri E Kumar Swamy, D R & T Assistant, Home Department towards Marriage Advance. 2. The Advance sanctioned should be met from the funds released in the Government Orders 1st read above. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-(1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “ 7610-Loans to Government Servants – MH (800) – Other Advances – SH (05) – Marriage Advance, 001 – Marriage Advances”. 4. The above sanction is subject to the following conditions:- i) The advance is repayable in 25 equal installments @ Rs. 2,000/- per month and interest will be recovered in 6 monthly installments commencing from the following month of amount drawn. ii) Simple Interest of 5.50 % per annum should be charged on the advance taken and is recoverable as laid down in Article 227 of the A.P. Financial Code, Volume-I. 5. The advance sanctioned in Para (1) above is sanctioned for the first time. 6. The Drawing Officer, Home Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (A&L) Department under the rules and orders in force on the subject.
