From the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.Accts- I/APSPHC/CLAIMS/2011-12/4936, dated 23.01.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.985 Finance (Expr Home) Department, dated 17.03.2012. ***** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to release the amount of Rs.52,13,000/- towards payment of interest to LIC of India for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.03.2012 duly authorizing the Assistant Secretary to Government, Finance (DMC) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh to draw the amount and place the same at the disposal of the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, in the form of a Cheque. 2. Government after careful examination in the matter, keeping in view of the BRO issued in the reference 2nd read above, hereby accord administrative sanction to the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.52,13,000/- (Rupees Fifty Two Lakhs and Thirteen thousand only) towards payment of interest to LIC of India for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.03.2012 under PLAN B.E 2012 and also authorizing the Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance (DMC) Department, to draw the amount and place the same at the disposal of the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, in the form of a Cheque. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of account “6216 - Loans for Housing, 80 - General, M.H. - 190 - Loans to Public Sector and other undertakings, - 11 – Normal State Plan, S.H.(11) – Loans for repayment of loans to Financial Institutions, 001- Loans to A.P. State Police Housing Corporation”. 4. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.
