Jyothi Computer Services, Hyderabad. Certified that the said outsourcing persons have attended the duty during the period stated above. 3) The Agency shall submit a certificate regarding proper remittance of the statutory deductions for the present month along with the bills for the next month. 4) The expenditure sanctioned in Para –1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account M.H. 2052 – Secretariat General Service – M.H. 090 – Secretariat – S.H.
