From the Director General and Inspector General of Prisons and Correctional Services, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter No.SA3/1590/2011, dated 28-09-2011. O R D E R: In the circumstances stated by the Director General and Inspector General of Prisons and Correctional Services, A.P., Hyderabad, in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.1,63,608/- (Rupees one lakh sixty three thousand and six hundred and eight only) in relaxation of orders issued in G.O 1st read above, subject to meeting the expenditure with in the available Budget in Budget Estimates 2011-12 to the Superintendent, Central Prison Kadapa towards the expenditure incurred for medical treatment to Convict Prisoner No.9753, Sri. Y.Eswar Reddy, S/o Sri Chinna Venkata Reddy Central Prison, Kadapa payable to Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, admitted as inpatient No. 1113068, during the period from 19-06-2011 to 06-07-2011. 2. The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to Head of Account “2056 Jails – 101 Jails – SH(04) Jails – 500/503 other expenditure” . 3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Home) Department, vide their U.O.No.28640/447/A2/Expr.Home/2012, dated 07-02-2012. 4. The medical bills received through reference 2nd read above are returned here with in original and its receipt may be acknowledged.
