From the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, Lr.No.L&O/D2/243/2012, dated 19 -03-2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1214, Fin (Expr.Home) Department, dated 28.03.2012. @@@@ ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, has requested the Government to issue Administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.3,75,000/- towards 4th Quarters under the head of Account “2055-Police-108-State head quarters Police, 05-City Police Force 270/272 Maintenance” in the Budget Estimates 2011-12. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal and based on the LOC issued in the reference 2nd read above, hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, for an amount of Rs.3,75,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Seventy Five thousand Only) towards 4th Quarter under NON-PLAN within the B.E. 2011-12. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2055-Police-108-State head quarters Police, 05-City Police Force, 270 – Minor works - 272 - Maintenance” under NON - PLAN from the B.E. provision 2011-2012. 4. The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, shall take necessary action, accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.Home) Department vide their U.O.
