G.O.Rt.918, Finance (Exp.Home) Dept., dated 16.03.2012. @@@@ ORDER: In the reference 4th read above, the Director General, Special Protection Force, Andhra Pradesh, Secunderabad, has requested the Government to issue Revised BRO and Administrative sanction for Rs.3,04,000/- towards 1st & 2nd Quarters under the head of account “MH-2055-Police, MH-104-Special Police, SH-01-Head Quarters Office, 270/271 – Minor Works and 310/312 – grant – in-aids”, under NON-PLAN within the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2011-12. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal and keeping in view of the revised BROs issued vide G.O. 5th & 6th read above and in cancellation of the orders issued in the references 1st, 2nd & 3rd read above, hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Director General, Special Protection Force, Andhra Pradesh, Secunderabad, for an amount of Rs.3,04,000/- (Rupees Three lakhs and Four thousand only) towards 1st & 2nd Quarters under NON-PLAN within the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2011-12. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (2) above shall be debited for an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- to the Head of Account “2055 – Police – 104 - Special Police, 01 – Head Quarters Office (Special Protection Force) 270/271 – Minor Works” and an amount of Rs.4,000/- shall be debited to the head of account 310/312 – Other grants – in-aid”, within B.E. 2011-2012. 4. The Director General, Special Protection Force, Andhra Pradesh, Secunderabad, shall take necessary action, accordingly. 5.
