ORDER:-
The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire
Services, Hyderabad in the reference 4th & 6th read above has informed
that Sri M.S. Sunder Raju, Fireman, Anantapur Fire Station has requested
for counting of 245 days of EOL on Medical Certificate availed by him from
31-01-2001 to 01-10-2001 due to fracture of his right leg, for the purpose
of regulating his annual increments. The Director General, A.P. State
Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad has requested the
Government to consider the request of the individual under provisions of
FR 26 for regulating his annual increments and also stated that the
availment of EOL was recorded in the Service Register of the individual.
2. Government after careful examination hereby permit the Director
General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad for
counting 245 days of Extra-Ordinary Leave on Medical Certificate i.e. from
31-01-2001 to 01-10-2001 availed by Sri M.S. Sunder Raju, Fireman,
Anantapur Fire Station under F.R. 26 for regulating his annual grade
increments.
3. The Service Register of Sri M.S. Sunder Raju, Fireman, Anantapur
Fire Station is sent herewith.
4. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire
Services, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.II)
Department vide their U.O.Note No.4678/133/FR.II/2012, dated 3-3-2012.
