G.O.Ms.No.46, Finance(TA) Department, dated 2-3-2007 2. From the Director Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Lr.No.8193/01/SZM-II/2012-A(Estt), dated 03.03.2012. @@@ ORDER:- In the reference 2nd read above, the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that the Secretary, Kendriya Sainik Board, New Delhi has informed that South Zone meeting which include the States of Andhra Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island, Karnataka, Kerala, Puducherry and Tamilnadu has been decided to be held on 02.04.2012 and 03.04.2012 with the Approval of Department of Ex-servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Accordingly, the Tamilnadu State has been nominated as the Nodal State for conduct of the meeting. 2. He has further informed that the Director Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is required to attend the above said two days meeting on issues related to Welfare of Ex-servicemen and their families of South Zone States and points for action of KSB Meeting and he has therefore requested the Government to accord permission to him to proceed to Chennai by Air on official duty to attend the said meeting. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter in terms of the orders issued vide, reference 1st read above, hereby accord permission to Brig(Retd) C.S.Vidyasagar, Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad to attend 2nd South Zone meeting at Chennai, Tamilnadu State w.e.f. 02-04-2012 to 03-04-2012 and he will return to duty station on 04.04.2012. 4. The Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
