From the Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, Rc.No.5296/E1/2006, dated 18-05-2010. 2. Govt., Memo No.15478/Pri.A/A2/2010-1, dated 05-07-2010 and 17-08-2011 3. From the Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, Rc.No.5296/E1/2006, dated 23-11-2011 * * * ORDER: The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, in the references 1st and 3rd read above, has stated that Sri T.Siva Rama Krishna Rao, Assistant District Fire Officer, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, has been kept in Full Additional Charge of another post of DFO, SRSP Nellore District, vide Memo Rc. No.11817/E1/2007, dated 21-07-2009,and the incumbent was sanctioned additional pay for the period from 02-08-2009 to 01-11-2009 at the rate of 1/5th of his substantive pay plus usual allowances. 2. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, has also stated that Sri T.Siva Rama Krishna Rao, Assistant District Fire Officer, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, has been kept in Full Additional Charge of post of DFO, SRSP Nellore District, beyond three months and requested to ratify his action in having continued the incumbent to hold full additional charge of the post of DFO, SRSP Nellore District, beyond three months and also sanction additional charge allowance from 02-11-2009 to 01-02-2010. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter in terms of FR-49, hereby ratify the action of Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, in having continued Sri T.Siva Rama Krishna Rao, Assistant District Fire Officer, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, to hold full additional charge of the post of DFO, SRSP Nellore District, from 02-11-2009 to 01-02-2010 and also accord sanction for payment of additional charge allowance @ 1/10th of his pay and other allowances admissible for the above period. 4.
