G.O.Rt.No.1072, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 31.7.2007. 3. From the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.1341/N2/2011, dated 28.12.2011. o-o-o ORDER: The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above, has stated that the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad forwarded the representation of Sri K.Srinivas Rao, Inspector of Police, Cyberabad stating that he got an offer to work at Indonesia as Dy.General Manager (ASC) Grade M47 in M/s Sew Trisula Global Sampoena Strategic Square, South Tower, 19th Floor, JI, Jendarnal Sudirman Kav, 45-46 Jakarta, Pusat 12930, Indonesia. Further the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad has informed that earlier the above Inspector was sanctioned (04) years 11 months EOL vide G.O. 2nd read above, but he has availed only (01) year (5) months and (16) days leave from 14.8.2007 to 29.1.2009 and reported for duty on 29.1.2009 and the unavailed leave was not cancelled. Now, the said Inspector has requested for permission to avail the remaining period of (3) years 6 months to join the offer to work at Indonesia. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad has, therefore, requested early orders of the Government in the matter. 2. After careful examination of the entire matter, Government hereby accord permission to Sri K.Srinivas Rao, Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime PS, Cyberabad, to avail the remaining period of (3) years (6) months, for taking of employment at Indonesia, subject to the conditions stipulated in the G.O.1st read above. 3. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action in the matter. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department, vide their U.O.No.1964/53/FR.I/2012, dated 16.2.2012.
